It's better than a 4.5 but not quite a 5. it rides nice but if you're going flat out at 15 mph, yes it really goes that fast, be very smooth with the steering. It's wheelbase is just wide enough for 15 mph. It's fun to drive, it rides smoothly, it's powerful, nice looking and has many nice features. However, one turn indicator light was not working and since I'm very handy I asked for another which was shipped within 2 days. It's now working nicely. This scooter is my wife's. I wish I had one to ride along with her.
