My diffuser arrived properly protected and packaged and delivered promptly after I ordered it. I’m very pleased with the product.

Not all there, the lamp shade didn’t have any thing like the wire to hold the shade. The shade was rolled up and you have a velcro it together maybe I am old fashion but I was shocked need to do a return.

I had absolutely NO issues with the seller...the lamp(s) came when expected. I liked the first one so much, I bougt a 2nd one. Perfect for the dark hallway I keep them in...I use one, then when it needs to be recharged, I putbout the other. I am disabled and have balance issues when its too dark. The colors are really cool, but I use the white. The main reason I bought the first one was because of the remote, THAT is so handy!! You really can't go wrong with these...I turn it on to use for a few minutes, then turn it right back off when finished. I may use it 1-4x a night. The charge will last at least 2 weeks this way, but, since I have 2, I don't need to worry about that...lol. These would make great gifts for ANYONE, kids or adults. Raffles, White Elephants or even Easter (because of the cool colors). I HIGHLY recommend them!

Nice diffuser. Does not get furniture wet and stays on fir 8 to 9 hours and does not run out of water.

there as a note from the seller inside the package saying they hope I enjoyed my purchase and if I did not to contact them directly and gave their contact information. I think that shows that they care about their customers

The seller was great but the product broke in less than one month. It’s a beautiful little room humidifier, perfect actually, if only it weren’t a piece of junk.

I bought these as gifts for three friends and they all loved them!!! The lights and the many oils you can purchase to use with them!!
