Tried to cancel right after ordering and shipped anyway didn’t even reply to Walmart

I mean, it took a little longer. I wanted my floors clean before my son’s birthday party. But it arrived a week later (which I knew it would). So we just used a Lysol wipe under our shoes and spot cleaned.

No problems. Delivered in a reasonable amount of time without complications.

Delivery was fast, about three days. Item was packaged very nicely to keep it safe during delivery process.

Seller was great. It arrived early was able to return it due to it not performing well enough for our larger pool. If our pool is smaller I do feel like this product would’ve worked better. However, the open trap just wasn’t big enough, so overall if you have a smaller pool, this would work well because the motor driving in it is just not very efficient for a larger size pool.

the vacuum arrived in perfectly good condition exactly when it was expected. it's set up very easily, and cleans the floor fairly well. unfortunately it gets clogged very easily with pet hair. it is frequently is unable to automatically clean the vacuum and deposit into the base and requires me to go in and fish it out by hand.
