Great Mop
I just like to say one thing before I review the mop. If you're looking for a steam mop, don't buy this one. It does not make steam. I did inform their customer service dept. I got a quick response and they are looking into the matter. As for the review of the mop: I am so glad I made a mistake purchasing this mop, thinking it had steam. I never would have had the opportunity to try out this mop. I love the ease of mopping. It practically runs itself, and the cleaning bucket it comes with is super. You don't have to constantly rinse out the pads. The bucket does it for you. No more overworked or wrinkled hands. Thank goodness for life's little mistakes.

I can not begin to say how amazing this mop is! so easy to use. it practically pushes itself. and the cleaning part! my floors are spotless. and the self cleaning mop bucket part is the best. it doesn't touch the dirty water - the clean water cleans the pads and the dirty water goes to the outside. it is worth way more than I spent on it!

Love, love, love it!! It is a little heavy to pick it up to use it , but once you turn it on, it floats over the floor with the greatest of ease! It does a great job of getting under the lip of cupboards and into corners. It can scrub ip a sticky spill really quickly! I do wish it had a larger detergent capacity, but I solved that by measuring the dilution mixture, storing it an empty liquid creamer bottle that has a closable lid and a pouring spout, so I can just stop for a minute %26 add more liquid to the mop dispenser!!
