Enterprise Atlas LLC

This seller did not contact me to explain that a substitute would be sent to me. I ordered Charmin Ultra Soft mega 30 rolls. They sent Charmin Ultra Strong 24 rolls and an unlabeled 6 roll type of Charmin. The six pack only states "Charmin". This is unprofessional. In the future I will never order from Enterprise Atlas LLC again. I considered returning it, but that is a hassle. I would have to go to the library and pay to print out the return label, wait for the package to be picked up, wait another week or more for the correct item to arrive. I am not pleased with this seller.

Do NOT Recommend. Warehouse or whomever sent out KNOW THEY SENT TWO BOXES, NOT THREE. Put box three bottles (not 20 of them though) and put them around a box of the two with minimal bubble wrap. Both boxes delivered damaged, water leaking, so out of 60 bottle (according to 20 bottles per box as ordered), I received 2 boxes with some water bottles stuffed around them and mostly on the BOTTOM of the box. It is beyond frustrating KNOWING THAT WHOMEVER PACKED THESE TWO BOXES, that they would NOT arrive unbroken. Out of the 2 boxes (2x20) and 12 (NOT 20) packaged around them for a total of 52 sent out of 60 ordered an paid for. Received 35 that were NOT broken! Outrageous. FIND ANOTHER VENDOR as bottled Evian is AMAZING!!!

Delivered a system that was not only heavily used with scratches and dents but was missing the customer display screen - a critical piece of the Square Register.

Happy with delivery. Product was brand new and not a used product from another customer return. That is a good mark compared to other bad sellers.

Searched on site for help prior to calling for help. First call is to read directions; did not come with any. Second call go to a web site. This generation and the unwilling to help a person is ridiculous. I cannot take it back a part, but am returning because I cannot get the device to work. Thought I finally found a solution; hard to install and difficult to use

the store was the only contact I had because the bottles were damaged upon arrival, leaking thru the box. they were packaged incorrectly for shipment. laying on the side, taped together and wrapped in plastic then boxed. they should've been kept upright the whole time w a properly marked box.

BEWARE THIS SELLER... My purchase was never delivered to my house as the text said. I IMMEDIATELY reached out to the seller and shipper to see if I could get a photo of WHERE it was delivered. No reply, from seller, and shipper said the seller has to dispute the delivery. I disputed it with my CC, and and was given NO PROOF OF DELIVERY STILL.. It's freaking water!!! Why would I LIE about it NOT BEING DELIVERED!! I and reaching back out to my CC again, as I will not pay for something that this shipper needs to file a claim over, AND GET PROOF OF WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED.

This company is a scam and a fraud. I bought 3 of Scott 45 rolls toilet paper, but when I received the order, one was broken, and most of the rolls were missing. When I contacted them, they demanded I send photos as proof, but they provided a fake email address that couldn’t be sent to. In the end, after three chats with Walmart agents, they helped me get a refund. The Walmart agents were amazing. Without them as intermediaries, I don’t know how I would have gotten my money back.

Our Scott toilet paper arrived with the package inside that had been opened and 9 rolls of toilet paper removed by whoever shipped it. It was a 45 count package so to make it a 36 count that I had ordered they opened my product and removed 9 rolls to make it 36. We were quite surprised. Shipping box was in perfect condition and the package of toilet paper fit perfectly in the shipping box. Not really acceptable to send an opened package with part removed but I’m just to tired of dealing with problems everywhere not just Walmart.
