What a SCAM!!!!

I ordered two new Square POS Systems. Both came in damaged, taped-up packaging. The first item I opened was dirty, and the screen had multiple scratches. I did not even bother to further investigate this or the other item. I closed the box and returned them right away. There were not even returned items. These were used, abused, and possibly refurbished items but there was nothing on the Walmart website indicating that I was purchasing a used product. I'm highly irritated.

Beat up system with missing parts

Issue was with the product delivered - not the product that was expected. The company that fulfilled the order for Walmart, named Atlas, delivered a very beat up system with scratches, dents, etc. Product was missing the customer display screen even though these systems normally include the CDS.

Your delivery was unbelievably late, very very late and on top of that they sent me a model that was an old version incapable of accepting any new software updates. I ended up returning it and went through Amazon which sent it within 7 days and a current model.
