the design is really nice however the quality is extremely poor. we've only had it for a couple of months and some of the zippers are already broken and some of the seams are coming apart, so it no longer contains our take up Chihuahua. so unfortunately we are very disappointed and cannot recommend it.

We ordered one for Christmas that took almost 2 weeks to arrive, but that seemed to be a shipping issue thru Walmart's delivery service. That was not deserving of a good report. However, an arm on the chair broke about a week or so after being used. We contacted the company, sent a picture of the broken arm part and they were very quick to reply and offer a replacement part. It was only a couple days when it was delivered...but it was a completely new chair, not just the broken arm part! The new chair has been good to date but the company was great with their replacement, process and delivery.
