Shipping was good. But they do not respond to emails. I had sent them an email asking what brand the fan was, the manual doesn’t say, and they would not respond. The reason I asked is because the instruction manual has QR codes to be able to download an app to control the fan with your phone, in case you lose the remote. Because without the remote, you can’t use the fan at all, but the QR code in the instruction manual doesn’t work.
