The package was not assembled to completion before shipping only steps rails and mats were included in the package when I received it.

He’s ok. Never really tired solving my problem instead telling me to search everywhere for the product that was supposedly was mailed but I never received it.

They never responded after I requested my money back when the chainsaw stopped running within three months of purchase.

This seemed of low quality and was difficult to put up. The anchors were flimsy and we had to use other ones to be able to put this up. The screws were also low quality and stripped easily. Not impressed at all.

Exactly as described so easy to put together with clear simple directions. Received it quickly.

but the orange mating is slippery so I removed it. Definitely worth for safety.

I didn’t receive any instructions. It has parts I don’t know what to do with them. Online it shows metal screws, didn’t receive them either. It is a pretty clock but is still not hung.
