This seller totally doesn't care about its customers!!! I have reached out to them through emails SEVERAL times and have not heard from them yet and it's been a week and 2 days!!!! The chandelier we received was not wrapped properly (someone had removed the original wrapping), damaged candlestick and a chipped bowl, missing mounting parts and finally, no light bulbs!!!! Seems that this company received this chandelier as a return from another purchaser and sent it out to us without really checking to see if everything was copastetic. Shoddy attitude towards your customers!!! Seems like the most important thing to you is making the money!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!! And the instructions!!!!!!! Oh, those so-called instructions!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have someone rewrite them who knows what they are doing!!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!

Needed to return contacted seller 6 or more times never here’d anything it’s been over a month now stuck with the light seller has still not contacted me

It is everything I had hoped it to be, its so beautiful and completely changed the atmosphere of the room.

We originally ordered some cables from this seller. It took way longer to receive and they sent us the wrong item. We had to do a refund and reorder and it took another week and a half to receive. We purchased them from a different vendor. I would not recommend them.

This unit ignited into full flames while in use which burnt the board and will no longer work!

Will not return my emails to get a refund and return label ! They are a 3rd party supplier. The mop bucket cannot be returned to Walmart. Seller is UNRESPONSIVE!

Arrived on quickly and carefully packaged. Good quality at a good price.

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the quality of the product was worth the wait.
