I tried to cancel an order I placed with them, before it went into the processing stage, because the price of one spiral bound notebook was outrageously priced at $9.93. The picture was misleading and led me to believe that I was getting more than one notebook. Instead of canceling my order, my request was ignored or not seen and they fulfilled the order anyway.
