Items missing. Seller shorted me 2 items, changed listing and refused to provide missing items. More Chinese sellers. Buyer beware

Came on time, much faster than other places I checked. They furnished tracking info immediately.

Don’t expect it to arrive on time. It will appear to have been shipped. Only the day after expected delivery date will it say delayed. Only to find out the manufacturers delivery service never delivered package to USPS

For the size it says these sure shrunk a lot in shipping! 6.7 ft x 13 ft???2.5'x4.5' more like. I wouldn't pay $30 for these tiny things if they were made of cashmere. I feel like I was mislead completely it was supposed to cover my entire living room floor. These were supposed to be closeouts marked way down.

Wrong size and will not respond to messages at all.

They make it sound like this basket is big such as using it for dirty clothes. You could only fit a couple pair of socks. Very very disappointed with these baskets

Terrible. English is not their first language. They will not let you mail it back and credit your card. They will only apply credit it to something else.

I did not like the product but I did get it ahead of schedule and was given a refund right away once returned.

The company was sorry but had no control of the situation. Suggested that I ask Walmart for refund.
