I did not communicate with them, but the owl was shipped quickly. I really thought it did more than just move its head, because their description was a little misleading. With it being solar, there is energy to do more than simply move its head. They are wasting solar power with just one operational aspect.

You put no packaging paper or peanuts or tissue paper or anything in the box. Arrived damaged. The returns cost us more than they do you and interrupt plans we may have had for the item. DO YOUR JOB. Item broken, you put a broken item in the box and then did not package it. I blame whoever boxed this. Do not send me CRAP please.
