completely non responsive when I reported the item received is counterfeit. non responsive to my requests to return or proceed to receive a refund.

I ordered the medium sunglass case and they sent me the extra large, which was way too big and I could not use, so gave it away. I did not even realize it was the wrong size until after my item review was posted and showed as extra large size purchased. When I placed my order, there were no size options listed (now there are), I just placed my order for $14.99, which the listing now shows is the price for the size medium, so that's what they were supposed to send me. Now I see why it was so huge!

They packaged sticker in hard envelope and came quickly. Another sticker I bought elsewhere was folded in half and wrapped in plastic shipping paper and I had to send back. I would order from this company again
