I bruise very easily due to taking a blood thinner. This item truly works applied once a day %26 it gradually fades away much sooner than without the arnica application, usually takes 3-4 days to completely go away but my bruises last alot more days without it,at least a week or more.

Been using Oscillo for years. Works great for sinusitis, the flu, or general crud. Start it at the first sign of illness, A holistic medicine chiropractor told me about it, and said it is OK to take 2 at all doses during the first day. After that, go to 1 per dosing schedule. It has never let me down.
