• For minor burns, immediately run cool water on the burn for several minutes and pat dry. Then apply a thin layer of Calendula Cream to affected area 3 times a day or as needed. • For scrapes, skin irritations and sunburn, first cleanse the area with mild soap, rinse, and pat dry. • Then apply a thin layer of Calendula Cream to affected area 3 times a day or as needed.

what I use it for.
My experience with Calendua goes back to 2007. I had a total knee replacement, during a physical therapy visit the tech recommended using this product to keep the scarring from limiting complete use of my leg. Sometimes that happens with a large incision, it can become tight and hinder proper movement. I used it as directed and it kept scar tissue from building up and kept it smooth and supple. Lending to better use of the knee.
