I had ordered two wedge pillow sets each of which was to include a matching headrest. The first wedge pillow came lacking the headrest When I complained to the seller, I got a minor reduction in price on that one. But that pillow had stains all over it which made me wonder if it had been used. It appeared to be in very old packaging. Also, none of the pillows EVER expanded to their intended size and shape, probably because they had been in storage for too long.
