I cannot vouch for its ability to help with cognition or memory yet, as I just started it; however, It shipped within 5 days. There is no aftertaste. Two things that I noticed, which is why I only gave it 4 stars is %231 the instructions say: "Take 1-2 capsules for quick mental boost. Do not take more than 4 capsules within 24 hour period. Don't take 4-6 hours before bedtime. This bottle label says NeuroQ Performance Quick Thinking Alertness Boosts mental focus within minutes. Sure, it does. It has 50mg caffeine per 1 capsule, which is in addition to L-Theanine 100mg, L-Tyrosine 100mg, Beta-Alanine 50mg. I didn't order a bottle that said Quick Thinking, nor were there various options for me to choose from but I watched the commercial today and it is NeuroQ but the label front is something totally different but for the same purpose (cognition and memory). I am VERY interested to see if this does work but I just want to say, when you order yours, note that there are various options available for the same price. Choose the one that best fits your needs. %232 The quick mental boost is just caffeine we can get from many beverages. I hope that isn't their main ingredient.
