Horrible seller! Got this product and called the manufacturer to register the warranty and they told me the warranty had expired eight years ago in 2017! Shame on you for selling old products, I will never buy anything from you again!

Seller is combative for no reason and is refusing to present return options.

Bought modem thinking I would need for our change of internet service. Received 1 day later than original promised date. Did not need modem so we returned the item to a Walmart store - unopened. We did notice that the packaging had what appeared to be places where previous labels had been cut off the cardboard. When the Walmart clerk opened the box to check the contents, It did not have any bag around the unit and was obviously used before. Seller Rating: 1 star - I Do NOT recommend this seller. Walmart Returns: 5 stars as the return went seamless and received a credit right away.

Better than purchasing it through Verizon the price is what caught me at first

Item appears to be refurbished with worn packaging, no instructions and item does not work.
