The laptop was promoted incorrectly (it was listed as intel 7 but it’s 5). The tech team has not responded to me to assist with the issues. From the other terrible reviews, it looks like the company provides poor service and products. I do not recommend.

This computer was supposed to refurbished/like new. It came with a crack in the screen top case in the corner. Very disappointing as it's a birthday gift for my grandson. There was no paper work with it, as to who to contact to make this right! I'm very disappointed and caution buyers not to buy from this provider!

HORRIBLE. THE DEVICE BROKE WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND THE COMAPNY REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND IS UNWILLING TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. WHAT A DISGRACE TO ALLOW THIS THIRD PARTY TO SELL ON WALMARTS PRESTIGIOUS OMNICHANNEL SERVICE.

I reached out to the seller twice. They responded quickly the first time with their reply to my question. The second time was about the cord issue and they promptly sent the correct one. The laptop looks brand new and works perfectly. It was carefully packaged and the shipping was fast. Thank you!!! =)

wouldn't answer their emails of phone calls. Definitely returning this.
