Apparently since they are an affiliate or something, returns or anything are not smooth. still dealing with this bad situation. the product itself is well made, but a bit too stiff, so if no t kept with much care it will start to bend and look not bent and older. Also the fact that it doesn't have a strap to keep together I find it as a design flaw given the premium price tag
