i love this rack. its the perfect size for my home studio and it looks great.

They were fantastic. I contacted them with a question they replied the very next day acknowledging my question, looked into my inquiry and got back to me with an answer within a couple hours. Very helpful.

The item was shipped FedEx with normal tracking from California to SE Louisiana in under a week. The inner box is packed with the unit covered in a plastic bag and firmly held in place with styrofoam endcaps, then the whole box is sealed and placed within another box to take the abuse from handling by the shipping company. Since the whole thing is heavy (40 lbs /-) and bulky, you can expect some outer box gouges and smashing, but the internal box remains unscathed. You couldn't ask for better packaging! My only mention of something to improve would be the instruction booklet ... it would be nice to have full sized booklet instead of the 1/4 page sized one that ships with the unit. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it.

The cabinets worked just the way they should. The only problem was using FedEx, I caught the driver throwing the boxes up on my front porch!

These speakers as advertised said they were for Bass Guitar Cabinets. They do not handle modern bass guitar amplifiers. Do not waste your money.

they are very well built and like I said I bought these to be the replacement for my one turbosound 12, but honestly the one turbo sound puts out more bass than both of these together, and like previously stated this is not negative towards the company, I just expected more out of 2 15s.
