Medium quality, strong odor

I could recommend this case but only for light-duty use. The material is thin and barely padded in the two opening flaps. The zippers are standard and not heavy-duty; I zip them carefully especially around the corners. The strap attachment hardware is not strong enough for heavier equipment. I carry this with one hand under the unit and the strap over a shoulder. The rack unit is not attached to the bag so carrying only by the strap would put all the weight on the zippers, and if they gave out then the entire unit would slide out of the bag. I would also expect the one side handle to rip off if the case had heavier equipment and were to be picked up only by that handle. As with other products from China that I have encountered, it has a strong chemical odor; it has been over a month and it is still present.
