I would rate a zero if I had the option. The fan this seller sold does not perform as described. It says it is dimmable spanning 0-100%. It does not dim at all. I understand that descriptions can be inaccurate but I tried contacting the seller 3 times only to be completely ignored. Now I have two ceiling fans that put us on full display for the entire neighborhood to see which is NOT what we wanted. But the biggest concern is that the seller happily takes our money but will completely ignore questions about their products. Very disappointing. And we don’t have the money to buy replace fans to replace these in order to take them down to return them. Seller was absolutely zero help.
