Does not perform as described

The ceiling fan describes as dimmable with adjustable brightness spanning from 0-100%. It does none of this. So now we have to sit on our front porch in full brightness on display for the entire neighbor to see instead of in a nice cozy settings as hoped for. Do not want these fans but have no way to take them down and replace.
