The remote came as promised. I tried it on my Tv and it worked perfect.

It works but....volume doesn't, mute doesn't, input doesn't, it doesn't light up and locater music is so low you can barely hear it.

Works good. A bit light and fragile but it gets th job done

They don't guarantee the product it is prefect. I know not many even use the original remote, but there are some things the firestick can't do. Thank you!

Go to Walmart search, type in name of remote and model number, get ad pics, purchase. Remotes were promptly mailed to me. Remotes were identical except no company "Sony" name and same model number. Working fine. I plan on ordering one for blue ray DVD player. I would recommend this company.

didnt work for the t.v but found out the t.v was broken. so im sure it will be used someday.
