Worked right out of the package.

Replacement remote control is identical to the original and works the same. It worked right out of the package without any setup or syncing to the TV. It's nice and new and I'm very pleased with the purchase. Our old remote gave up and it was like the 1970s without the shag carpet in here. Getting up to change the channel became tiresome really fast. Glad to have such an easy solution.
