Pure junk! Total waste of money. The bolts turn in the holes of the plastic shoes and won't tighten completely because of that. A.Total.Waste.Of.My.Money!

Product was delivered but did not fit. When I asked about refunding the product, I was first directed to the app but the app said it had to be done through the vendor as it was shipped directly from them. Vendor is Jabetc. Vendor authorized return but when I asked to confirm their return address, I never heard from them again. I message them 1 maybe 2 other times and then sent the product back to their original shipping address with their return authorization email. Message them again with the tracking and still heard nothing back. It’s been over a month with no contact or refund. Poor customer service. Poor business ethics.
