I loved the original ones I ordered they were just too small. The second pair were substituted, I cannot use those they are black, with no support inserts. May I return these and you send me an extra large in the blue and gray set?

On the Walmart App it said that the item was available to be returned in the store but when i got to the store, it had to be returned to the seller. The sellers response never was sent to my email nor the walmart app. Plus, it zaid free return but they want you to pay for shipping back...THATS NOT FREE!

The door button has optional adhesive to stick on the wall, or you can drill holes to screw to the wall. Regular wired door buttons have 2 inches between screws. Don't use the indicated interior drill points, drill the holes further apart to use the existing wall holes. Bell uses regular size AA batteries, not specialty short ones like some do. To remove the button back- try a full size screwdriver and twist.
