I requested a refund on this product and I offered to return the product. I did not receive a refund. The product arrived so thick it will not dispense from the bottle. I removed the lid thinking maybe the larger opening would help but it did not help. I put it in a cup of the hottest tap water to see if that would thin out the product and help in dispensing it - no luck. In a way I am glad it did not dispense, can you imagine how difficult it would be to get this product out of your hair if you have to jump through these hoops to get it out of the bottle?
