took almost 3 months to ship to me and was a nightmare dealing with walmart customer service.

This seller deals in counterfeit items. For example, I purchased an Oral-B brush head replacement that turned out to be fake, even though it came in genuine-looking Oral-B packaging. Within a week of using it, all the bristles, including the yellow flossing head, fell apart. Fortunately, I was able to return it since this occurred just a week after purchase. I've used this same type of brush head for years without any issues, replacing it every 3-4 months, and it has only ever shown normal wear and tear. Please consider buying the genuine product from a store or ensure it’s marked as sold and shipped by Walmart. This seller is unethical, so avoid purchasing any other items from them.

Wrong guys. Was supposed to get John Cena and CM Punk and received John Cena and some guy my son doesn’t even know. Wouldn’t have spent that kind of money on these since he doesn’t know who the other guy is. We leave for vacation tomorrow so don’t have time to return. Highly disappointed.

Pictured item and dose was now what was sent. They substituted an item that was not even close to the “strength” of the item I ordered and paid for. Use caution when ordering - false advertising.
