The company was called "Outlet Direct LLC" that we ordered from on the Walmart.com website. Not Laptops Discounters Inc. Not happy with the product since we have not received the correct order.

The laptop was shipped promptly and even arrived a day earlier than the initial shipping estimate. I have purchased refurbished machines before both for my wife's and my business use, and we have had excellent luck thus far. The laptop-tablet combo looked new and worked flawlessly. It is exactly what we needed.
