same as above really surprised with the fast shipping again wrong color

Bike was shipped with a crack in the battery compartment. I hired a pro to build, the manual provided was for different/general bike not having the same components. For assistance what to do with the fuse. Nice bike but flaws in inspection and providing comprehensive manual to the appropriate product.

They have give me the run around as to when my bike will be shipped 731.00 I am ready to contact the authorities

Shipped in a timely manner. One box had some exterior damage but pieces were all there and the bike wasn't damaged.

My package was delayed for a week and tracking wasn’t up to par. But the packaging was top notch and only had one tiny little scratch on it.

the bike arrived in good shape, nothing broken, good handling by the shipping company.

So far not good. Didn't receive a complete order. No instructions just a couple of nus and bolts that didnt fit.

Bike arrive in 2 days instead of the week they said it would take. Great communication. Would buy from again.

Quickly responded to my email and got me the bike basket almost overnight.
