Sadly, this third party company was horrible. I decided I wanted to return the item because I found something else. Proexpress Distributor told me to give the item away to friends or family because shipping was expensive. I proceeded with emailing back and forth for days and finally had to get Walmart.com involved. Walmart.com had to intervene before I got directions on how to return the item. Walmart.com is helping me cover the cost of shipping. Here's hoping I actually get my money back from Proexpress.
