this phone was falsely advertised as a straight talk phone. It is an unlocked phone and doesn't come with the new sim card required for all new straight talk phones to be activated. do not recommend, had nothing but issues attempting to connect to straight talk with it.

when asked if it was new they assured us it was new because my wife had her doubts. It turned out to be used and was already registered under a mans name. Im really upset that a used watch was passed on to be new.

seller was responsive and helpful, but walmart wasn't clear in describing the conditions of purchase, so I won't use walmart online again.

Terrible and I am not waiting 48 hours for a response from the seller they need to correct this advertisement so other people are not in the same situation.

Tried to contact them but they didn't answer my email to send it back. Live and learn. Customer Service is a thing of the PAST.

There was not a clear description that there was no sim card for this phone. I bought a new sim card, and it's still not working properly. This has been a nightmare.

I virtually guarantee this phone was refurbished. It barely functions.
