The order was shipped and delivered in good condition, and met all of my needs.

Have to contact seller. Not worth the hassle. They always make some excuse not to return. it. Will just not buy again from a Market Seller. They should show true photo's not enlarged ones. Very deceiving.

Arrived nice and good in appropriately cushion packed postal box - watered and fertilized it - hopefully will eventually get a good flower out of it.

They were no help in giving me a refund or locating my product. I don’t have the time to go to the post office I work 2 jobs.

My product arrived looking like it was 925 labels meant for a printer as there were instructions on the outside of the box for them. Due to that, I called WalMart thinking I had received the wrong item. Then, when I opened the box, it was what I had ordered. My order had actually arrived earlier than the notification had indicated and that was a pleasant surprise!

Product was delivered in a timely fashion. I ordered lot of 25 pots, of which 2 were broken. Replacements were sent out immediately. I would order from this vendor again without hesitation.

it was delivered very very fresh indeed. Package correctly boxes are cheap.

Company openly admitted to false advertising. They also insulted me by assuming what i was using the pots for based on their other customers and said it didn’t matter what size they would be... except for me it does. Only people that helped me were the kind folks at Walmart customer service.
