The item received came out of its brown box shipping container as shown.

Everything was fine, it was received in plenty of time for Christmas.

I had to return this item because there were more small pieces/accessories than anticipated. Return was 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for refund. 30 days for a PayPal refund is too long.

As I stated, I think that the solar lanterns are beautiful. However, one has a broken bulb and will be returned right away.

Shop around, you can get very good prices if you look and compare. I got an all-black model called the sport model, and it looks great. It came with the Shaver, automatic cleaning kit, cleaning solution, brush and everything you need.

Better hope something goes wrong in the first two weeks because after that you own the lousy product. Happy place wont take it back, walmart wont take it back, and MONSTER will not respond. We even bought extended warranties but guess what? They dont take effect until MONSTERS "warranty" expires, which is a year.

May take time to work. Can’t really notice anything.

BEWARE!!!! I spent over $ 400 on a printer that arrived broken. After spending a couple of weeks trying to contact them for a return, they informed me that the return period was over. Marketplace sellers have only a 2-week return policy, not like regular WalMart stuff!

I appreciate taking the shaver back. But one thing I was not happy was that it seems like this shaver had already been returned by someone else. The price tag on the box was partially removed, which leads me to believe that the previous owner got this as a gift and the giver took the price off of it.
