this frame is definitely not worth $60. then tack on shipping cost too . It is plexiglass . way over priced!

We like the looks of the frame, but it was quite dusty when opened. We do not like how rough it is for future dusting.

You’re not gonna believe this, but I didn’t realize that the plexiglass that replaced the glass that goes on a lot of pictures had a film over it. I could not figure out how to get the lettering on the plexiglass off, I was afraid I would scratch it. So I wrote the seller a text and within five minutes I had figured out there was a film on the plexiglass, and you have to peel it off from the corner on both sides . So I decided to write the seller again to let him know. I had figured it out. You would think I knew something like that, but I didn’t think about it. In the meantime, he had already wrote me back and explained the process to me. I didn’t have to wait. That’s the kind of customer service you need when you need it. I was in the middle of trying to put the print in the frame and I needed to know now how to fix this problem. I didn’t wanna wait 24 hours to get an answer. I know he had a good laugh, so did I. That kind of service deserves the company a 5 gold star review .

Never communicated with seller. No reason to. They delivered. No problems.

The wood is definitely rough so if you’re not into very rustic this isn’t for you but for me it was perfect.

The seller doesn’t include any shipping or purchasing information in your package. Also, if you order something breakable, don’t expect it to be sent with care. I received a picture frame in a box bigger than the frame with zero protection. Result, broken glass. Not happy.
