i purchased this dog bed on line through walmart. was very disappointed in the quality ..very thin. returned to walmart store unopened for refund. after about 10 days seller refused refund stating the wrong item was returned. spoke with 2 managers and they couldn't understand seller stating that wrong item was returned. management even found the video of me returning item and agreed it was indeed unopened and item matched my sales purchase on line. the management even tried to get my refund through (head office or ?) walmart said it was not their issue since purchased through a 3 party..even though i purchased from the walmart app. very disappointed in walmart. would give no stars if possible.
