ordered 2 pairs of men's work pants and received 2 pair 4 sizes smaller than I ordered! But that's not the bad part, getting a refund was where I absolutely hated the customer service! 1st the representative told me it was mine or Wal-Mart's fault not Got Apparel Company ( 3rd party) who ordered the wrong size. And because of that, I had to pay to send it back and I must call them back with a tracking number. if I didn't they may not refund me. I told that man he's rude for accusing me of ordering the wrong size as my husband hadn't been that size since we 1st met. So, angrily, I took the pants to the post office, paid $16.98 to return them and emailed the tracking number. No response to email, so I checked the tracking number and they had received it a couple of days prior. So, I emailed them a snap shot of the delivered confirmation and asked where's my refund. A couple of days later I checked on my refund and they only refunded me for 1 pair, they still owe me for the 2nd pair. :( WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Now Im fighting them to pay me the refund for the 2nd pair.
WALMART, if you read this review, I pray you consider firing them for. being one of your vendor/3rd party companies.
