I placed an order on 10/29/2023 for a paint kit that contained 1can of base coat, 1can of mid coat and 1can of clear coat, and paid extra for expedited delivery. I processed the order and received an email stating that I would have my order by 11/2/2023. Received the product after the expected delivery date. I opened the box to find they did not ship the correct products. They shipped two cans of base paint and one can of clear coat. When I contacted them they were apologetic, but that was all. The mid coat that was not shipped took them 4 days to ship after telling me they would get it out right away. When I looked up the order they shipped it out to me through USPS, the first order was sent out through FedEx. When I said I was unhappy that they shipped it through the post office, I was told that is the only way they ship. At no time did they offer to refund me for the expedited shipping that I paid for and did not get, nor offer anything for the inconvenience to me because of their poor quality control. There was no effort on their part to get me what I ordered and paid to receive in an expeditious manner. I ordered the paint from a different company that cares about their customers.
