Quality Bunk Beds

Everything came as it said it would in 2 different boxes. Nothing was missing.

Got it 3 days before it was supposed to be here, it’s is exactly what is shown and very easy to put together

Terrible! Rude and unprofessional! Missing parts to the bed or broken!

The only problem I can see or recommend is to have a locking mechanism on the trundle wheels.

It was delivered early, it was packaged well, all the pieces were there and in excellent condition. Quality is good.

Is an amazing investment, in my personal opinion I would buy it again and also recommend it to family and friends. The kids loved it, it saves a lot of space. The only downside of it is when it comes to assembling it. You really need to have the time and patience to build it. At least two people needed to put it together. Other than that for the price of it you can’t ask for more. Also keep in mind the size of the mattress, of course both of them are twins. The height really matters I use a 12 inch for the top one and an 8 inch for the bottom one. The bottom one only fits an 8” or less.

bed showed up earlier than expected, looked great without any missing pieces or fasteners, took approx 4 hours to assemble...Only complaint is that 2 of the drawers don't work properly due to the wood 'bar' being too wide; I can simply fix it by taking a measurement or two and cutting a shim to close the distance....when I get the time.

Dislike the way business is being handled from my missing order

Some parts came chipped. Very visible. Wouldn’t mind if the chipped parts were hidden. But they weren’t. Other than that I like the bed for my son.
