I did not interface with the seller. I can only rate the seller's product as I did above. I had to wait for my SIM card to arrive before I could evaluate the phone. The LG G4 is a fabulous phone. I had one before. I have inserted my SIM card in this one and it is working perfectly. I would recommend highly purchasing the LG G4 phone from this vendor.

I do not give you less stars because there is no zero. This item was sold as "New" its serial number was active with Apple since 2018, it was used. I do not buy again at Walmart online.
