EVERYTHING! id give zero stars if i could. please listen to me and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! they did not send what i ordered and will not answer phone for exchange or refund. i ordered a Samsung s21 , fully unlocked and i received a beat up Samsung s21, locked to Verizon. this company needs to be taken down from marketplace and closed altogether

I ordered a Galaxy S21 Violet color fully unlocked phone. But this seller sent me a gray color phone and the phone is locked too. Messaged the seller about the issue but no response. Contact Walmart customer service and they said, this is a marketplace seller item I have to drop off the item and after the seller receives the item I will get a refund. So much hassle I have to go through. I request Walmart to block this kind of seller from their website. Please stay away from this seller.
