As described. Arrived in and appropriate time frame.

This item arrived per the delivery schedule we were given.

Could not follow through on getting the advertised product to me. I think they mis-priced the item, then continually reneged on sending me the product even though I already paid for it.

I would give no stars if I could. Terrible experience. See product review below: I will not buy from this seller Hisgadget again. I submitted a cancel order 1 hour after I completed order online. They sent order anyway. When I contacted them again to say I had cancelled, they said since error wasn't on their end I would have to pay a restocking and shipping fee or they could refund $2 and I could keep product! What?!?!! its not my error! I emailed them back and never heard from them again. Fortunately Walmart made it right for me. But Hisgadget gets their product back , actually made money from the restocking fee and has to take no responsibility for their ignoring my emails (the cancel order email or the last email I sent regarding refund decision)

This actually arrived ahead of schedule so I was happy.

I cannot give them a good or a bad review because it still in progress I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted the tracking number they gave me says it doesn’t exist

Item arrived a week later than was stated by the shipping company. The issue had to be escalated.

Rollers seem good, but packaging on product torn when received brand new.
