All terrible on every single count, sends WRONG ITEM despite being told to double check to send the advertised pendant, foot dragged despite Walmart customer service intervention, so, fed up, I returned the pendant to the store with full refund pending. This is a scam operation with overpriced items, no communication, poor customer service. What this seller is on the Walmart marketplace is a mystery. Just awful.

The size of the cow necklace is way to small. The cow is now smaller than the fingernail on my pinkie. The image for the item is a close up, thus making it seem bigger than it actually is. The cow is still cute, just when you are wearing the necklace, you can't see what it is. I'm very disappointed by the size. I bought 2 of these also. Definitely not worth the price of $7.99 per necklace. I could understand the price if the charm was the size of a regular charm, but it isn't. The red packaging was cute that it came in and they were shipped and recieved quickly, but I would not recommend it to anyone because of the size of the charm.

The necklace was well wrapped and arrived in about a week.

My daughter loved it. It is very nice.
