When the package got lost the first time the seller provided a replacement. However, the customer service was not very friendly and they stopped responding all together when I asked about the replacement being stalled. Luckily I got the product and it was intact because the first shipment that got lost ended up arriving with nothing in it. Stars are for the replacement but not the customer service. I even had to file the missing mail request on their behalf.
