The preassembled frame with plexiglass was quickly delivered in a flat box, but it was not as sturdy as I would have liked. It had to be hanged with nails in each of the top brackets and the rails are very flexible. I framed a map with no mat, so this was fine, but if you are framing anything with weight or thickness, you need to choose something different.

Tried to purchase item on Ebay - wanted 3 sizes of frames. Wasn't combining shipping in checkout, so talked to CSR. She didn't want to help said it SHOULD work, and if I wasn't satisfied with how it worked to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this was the only product available in the size I needed. So looked around and found them on the WalMart site. When I ordered them they did combine for shipping. Hope the owner of the company looks at this review, and gets a CSR who actually wants to do their job rather than tell someone it should work and if it doesn't to take a hike.

No dislikes, but it would be nice, if the backings had hanging mounts, because you cannot hang them from the frames. They are not strong enough to hang from the frame, unless you use the wire and screws method.
