Who is the real seller? I'll never know. It says Verizon Pre-Owned, and YZ seller. Whoever it is, they don't respond to emails. They generate an automatic response stating they've received your message and will respond. They don't respond! I ended up returning the device because I initially purchased based on their delivery date. It was then changed to where I wouldn't be at the address shipped to. Then I took a day off to receive it. For the timing to get changed again. Never again. I won't be buying such purchases, refurbished devices, off of Walmart again. Not trustworthy in my opinion for such expensive products. Oh! and it said a delivery attempt was made. Not true! How I know because I asked the tenant of the house to be waiting and she said there was no attempt made. So on top of that there was a lie regarding attempts made. Lesson learned, use your own discretion.

they would not help me after I told them I never received the package they were suppose to send over $500 spent and I got one email telling me to reach out to the carrier cause they said they delivered it I would not recommend dealing with these people.

Typical verizon. If I would have realized it was them, I would not have bought the item, period. As is, typical verizon, the phone was supposed to be 1 Terabyte and when I got it discovered it was 128 gigabytes. Typical verizon.

They haven't responded to my requests for a refund. I returned the item within 2 days after i received it. Now it has been almost 2 weeks with no resolution. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
