I added Archoil Diesel Fuel Treatment to my 2018 Ford 6.7 Super Duty hoping for a smoother idle. What I got felt like my truck went on a wellness retreat and came back refreshed. Cold starts are noticeably smoother, the idle is quieter, and throttle response feels cleaner and more confident. The engine just sounds happier, like it knows it’s being treated right. I even saw a small bump in fuel economy, which surprised me because this truck usually drinks diesel like it’s its job. No miracle horsepower claims here, just smooth, clean performance that feels how a diesel should run. Archoil is officially part of my regular maintenance now. I did some research on diesel fuel additives and spoke with my mechanic and this was one of the top rated products. It is also price competitive. As I've only started using the product I can't tell if it's improving my MPG. For me, the best part is that the packaging (bottle) is very easy to use (measure the correct amount and add it to the fuel tank.) The only thing missing from this additive is an anti-gel (winter) ingredient. Archoil does make a version that has the "Winter" ingredients so I may give that a try next order.
